In Praise of Shadows Wine Dinner

Some names are meant to share a table.

This October, In Praise of Shadows winemaker Brett Trewartha joins us for an evening dedicated to great Australian wine and the food that belongs beside it.

Four courses move from kingfish with yuzu, mandarin and shiso, through shredded duck and wood ear mushroom pasta, to fillet steak and a final cheese course. Each is matched with a considered pour from Brett’s stable, designed to make executive chef Evan Griffiths plates sing.

We’ll start with blush sparkling VOX POP on arrival. From there, settle in and let the wine, and Brett’s ethos of winemaking lead the way.
